General Terms of Sale:
V In the online store, you can order products 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We accept your orders from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm except for the holidays. All orders will be delivered by 12.00 (if the products are in stock) will be shipped the same day.
Let’s make sure that your orders are accepted as soon as possible and we also ship them.
Due to the nature of online business, the online store Leder Herman d.o.o. is often and rapidly changing.
Prices published in the online store are valid on the day of the order. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
All listed product prices are in EUR and already include VAT.
Prices are presented as online prices and are valid for online purchase and do not have a predefined term.
Prices apply in case of a payment with the payment methods listed below.
The sales contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the buyer confirms the order (the customer receives an electronic status message – the order is confirmed). From that moment on, prices and other conditions are confirmed and apply to both the provider and the buyer.
1. Order accepted
After the order, the customer receives an electronic notification that the order has been accepted. At this stage of the order, the buyer has the option to cancel the order within one hour.
2. Order confirmed
If the buyer does not cancel the order, the order will be processed further. The tenderer checks the order, checks the availability of the ordered products and confirms the order or rejects the reason. The provider can call the customer to verify his information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery to his contact number. Upon confirmation of the order, the bidder informs the buyer by e-mail of the estimated delivery time. The contract for the purchase of ordered products between the supplier and the buyer is irrevocably concluded at this stage.
3. The product is shipped
The Bidder prepares, dispatches and prepares the product within the agreed time period and informs the buyer of this product by e-mail. The provider of this e-mail informs the buyer of the product’s return policy, where it can turn in case of delay in delivery and where it can contact the complaint.
Terms of payment
The online store offers the following payment methods:
– With cash at personal pick-up – by prior arrangement
– With a transfer to the account of Leder Herman d.o.o. after the offer / bill (please pay the payment within 2 working days from the receipt of the bid / prepayment to your e-mail. In case the orders are outstanding, we automatically delete them.)
– Securely PayPal (PayPal does not require a PayPal account. The system supports MasterCard, Visa and others)
All orders and payments issued by 12.00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be shipped the same day (if the products are in stock) or delivered within 3 days. You will be notified by e-mail about the scheduled delivery date.
In the event that we do not have a particular product in stock, we will notify you by e-mail or phone and we will arrange for the delivery of the ordered product.
With the selected payment method, bid / bill and PayPal, the products will be shipped for delivery immediately after the payment is received or when a payment receipt is submitted.
On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays of dispatch of goods we do not carry out (or by prior arrangement).
In the case of special requirements, please include the following under the notes in the order.
Delivery of ordered goods is performed by our contracting partner mail Slovenia.
Delivery is paid according to the valid price list of Posta Slovenije.
The delivery will contact you before delivery and agree with you, when and where you can deliver the package. If you do not accept the delivery service, the package will be delivered to your address when ordering the product. If no one accepts the package, the delivery agent will leave a message with the takeover instructions.
The consumer has the right to communicate to the company within 15 days of the receipt of the product (at contact e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org) to withdraw from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost to the consumer in respect of cancellation is the cost of returning the product. The product must be returned to the seller no later than within 14 days after the cancellation of the contract (purchase).
The returned product must return undamaged, in unchanged quantity and packaging. Refunds will be made as soon as the product returns to the company’s headquarters. Return of payments is made to a bank account customer.

Products have a warranty. This shall cease to apply in the negligent handling of the product, damage resulting from mechanical impacts caused by the fault of the buyer or a third party.
All personal data and materials that you will provide when ordering and further communications will be carefully guarded in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 59/99, 57/01). We never sell them, rent them, or deliver them to a third party in any way.
We try to minimize the errors on the website, but these are possible and are not excluded in the price and in the description.
The provider will contact the customer via means of distance communications only if this user explicitly does not object.
The provider is making every effort to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the information published on its pages. Nevertheless, the characteristics of the articles, the delivery period or the price may change so quickly that the provider fails to correct the information on the web pages. In this case, the buyer will notify the buyer of the changes and will allow him to resign from the order or to replace the ordered item.
Complaints and disputes
The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The bidder seeks to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system and to identify the person with whom, in case of problems, the customer can connect by telephone or by e-mail. The complaint is submitted via email email@example.com. The complaint processing procedure is confidential.
The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of the consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs arising in the resolution of the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to initiate a dispute before a court. Therefore, the tenderer shall make every effort to resolve any dispute by mutual consent, otherwise the competent court in Ptuj shall settle them.
